I'd definitely recommend Brindley Mazda Wolverhampton because the presentation of the vehicles on site is extremely good, with knowledgeable staff to talk to regards the vehicles on sale. The prices were also far better than in my local area, and Brindley were able to offer a far better part exchange than any other dealer I had been to. Overall the buying experience was extremely good. I will definitely use this company again.

Very disappointed with the trade in aspect of my deal. I traded in a Giulia on an existing PCP. I was told that it's value would only just cover the remaining credit. I questioned this a few times only to be told the same. I was happy with the CX60 from you so went ahead. I'm both amazed and disappointed to see my car listed from this dealer at nearly £5k above the outstanding balance value. Of course I expect it would be sold on for a little more, but nearly £5k is criminal. Even if the car had contributed £1k to the CX60 I would have been ok, but to be told a few times there was no equity and then to see what it's listed for now, feels at best like sharp practice. Depending on how the dealer reacts to this over the next few days will determine if I contact the ombudsman or go public with some online reviews. Such a shame to feel scammed like this, a great purchase process prior to this and a great car. Also I have had no paperwork to say the old PCP has been cleared by the dealer. For all I know it still hasn't.
